Detailed description:	We, M/s ALLFREIGHT Distributors,hereby confirm with full Company responsibility that we are ready and capable to enter into a Contract for the purchase of the following commodity Commodity : HMS 1 & 2 (80/20) Description : As per ISRI 200 to 206 As per Appendix- I Description of goods given hereunder. Target Price : The price of HMS 1 & 2 (80/20) is $215 (US$ Two hundred & fifteen only) USD/MT on CIF Kandla Port-INDIA basis delivery. Origin : Sellers choice. Quantity : 30,000MT (+or - 5%)in One shipment only. Packaging : Loose – Bulk. Destination Port : Kandla-West Coast of India. Delivery Schedule : within 45 (Forty_Five) days Pre -Inspection/ Surveys : SGS by seller. Surveys at buyer's expense if required. Payment terms : By Irrevocable & Non-Transferable LC payable 100% at sight. On Inspection & satisfactory proof of ownership & capability of shipment. Performance Bond : of 3% through their bankers. APPENDIX-I: Description of goods. ============================== As per ISRI 200 to 206 & Free from dust & impurities, heavy oxidization, Grease, mud, dirt, cast iron, tin, sand, lead coated materials excessive rusts and corrosions, war materials, bombs, explosives or any form of radio active materials etc. The Scrap should also be free from non-ferrous materials, arms& ammunitions, shells irrespective of whether used or unused. Subject to pre-inspection of the yard by the Third Party before issuance of the S&P Contract. Hence, Please advise yard details also per.
