 High-efficiency and environment-friendly wet oxidation for treatment of organic waste A French research lab has developed a wet oxidation system for treatment of organic waste in hospital including sewage effluents, station wastewater/sewage, petroleum industry, food industry including slaughterhouses by-products, and paper mills. The technology is specifically designed for energy saving, cost-effectiveness, performance, compactness and environment-friendliness. License agreements and R&D collaboration are sought. (Ref: 07 FR FMMT 0J8N - 28/11/2007) Installation for co-generation by using biomass transformed in gases A small Romanian research company developed an installation for cogeneration by transforming biomass in gases. It is an ecological and efficient solution: by using 1.5 kg of biomass 1 KW/h electric energy and 1,3 KW/h thermo energy are obtained.
